What if there is a problem?
Please check your order promptly after receiving it and let us know if there is a problem within one week of its arrival and keep boxes and packaging if it appears that damage to merchandise has occurred en route
Some products are non-returnable
Food products, paper products, candy molds and wedding products CANNOT be returned, NO Exceptions. Also, be advised that there is a certain amount of risk that chocolate and coatings might melt in hot weather while in transit. If this should occur, it can be remelted and used.
We would like to be able to guarantee prices and availability, but unfortunately prices can change, and manufacturers can discontinue a product without prior notification. We APOLOGIZE for any INCONVENIENCE.
