Merckens Chocolate Wafers

Merckens coating wafers melt smooth for dipping, molding and drizzling, and they don't need tempering. Use them for cake pops, chocolate-covered strawberries, pretzel rods and candies made in our molds.

We sell 1 lb bags in white, milk (Cocoa Lite), dark and colors, plus 25 lb cases when we have them. If melted wafers are too thick to dip, stir in a few Paramount Flakes.
