This Privacy Policy describes how Sweet Help Inc., a California corporation doing business as Gloria's Cake & Candy Supplies ("Gloria's", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from gloriascakeandcandy.com (the "Site"), visit our store in Culver City, or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services").

Information you give us directly — your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address, payment confirmation, account credentials, order history, class registrations, and anything you include when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, order records for accounting and tax purposes — and then delete or de-identify it. No system is perfectly secure, but we use commercially reasonable safeguards, and payment card data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors, not stored by us.

Children

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 or knowingly "sell" or "share" the personal information of anyone under 16.

International Visitors

The Site is operated from the United States, and your information is processed in the United States.
