Company logo files
PNG with transparent background, SVG export, or high-res JPG works best. Bring the cleanest file you have. We will check it on screen before we print.
Brand colors and lockups
Send your approved logo lockup and color references. We confirm contrast and readability before printing. If something will not read clearly on cake, we tell you first.
Milestone message designs
Think "10 years," "Q1 kickoff," or "Welcome, Team." Bring a layout file or just the wording you want, and we will guide the format.
Product launch and campaign graphics
Launch badge, campaign mark, or event slogan all work well. If you have the file, we can print it. If not, we can tell you the format to request from your design team.
Multi-photo collages
Team headshots, office photos, or before-and-after product shots can all go on one sheet. These take a bit more prep on your end, but we fit more than most people expect.
Custom text
Team names, event hashtags, and short campaign lines all print cleanly. Send exact spelling and punctuation, and we match it.

Bring or email your image
JPG, PNG, or PDF works. Your phone photo is fine. USB drive works too. You can also email it ahead: call us at (323) 289-8807 and we'll give you the address to send it to. Better resolution prints crisper, but bring what you have and we'll check it on our screen before we commit.

Every edible image is printed in-store on food-grade edible ink printers. We size it to your cake, print it, and check it before it's packaged. Not outsourced. Not a third-party shop. We do it and we hand it to you.
Pick it up next business day
Turnaround is 1 business day. Order Tuesday, pick up Wednesday. For a Friday or Saturday event, order by Thursday at 2 PM. Call ahead to confirm your order is ready before you drive over.

Peel the backing, center on your frosted cake, press gently. Works on buttercream, fondant, and whipped cream. Not ganache (the oil causes it to slide). Read our step-by-step application guide or ask us at the counter and we'll walk you through it.

Corporate event orders come in year-round. We still only need 1 business day. Order as close to the party as you need to. Here is what to know before you call.
- 1 business day is all we need Order Monday, pick up Tuesday. That is the standard window for every customer.
- Friday or Saturday party: order by Thursday at 2 PM This is the cutoff that gives us time to print and have it ready for pickup.
- Last-minute orders are fine. Just call first. We see a lot of this in corporate event season. We'll tell you honestly what's possible for your timeline.
- We cannot do same-day. That is the only hard rule. Everything else is workable. Call us at (323) 289-8807 and we'll sort it out.

- Can you print a company logo?

Yes. Bring a clear digital file of the company logo. We'll check it on our screen and confirm it prints well before we run it. If the file isn't clean enough, we'll tell you before printing. Most company logos print without any issue.
- What if I don't have a high-res photo?

Phone photos usually work fine. Bring what you have and we'll show it to you on our screen before printing. If it's too blurry to print well, we'll let you know before we run it. We don't print something we're not happy with.
- Can you print custom text on the image?

Yes. Team name, event title, hashtag, and milestone text are all fine. Send exact wording and punctuation.
- How far in advance should I order?

1 business day is all we need. Most people order 2-3 days ahead for peace of mind. For Friday or Saturday events, order by Thursday at 2 PM. We see a lot of last-minute orders in May and June. That's fine. Just call first.
- Do you print wafer paper or frosting sheets?

Both. Frosting sheets are the more common choice for logo files and photo layouts: richer color, adheres well to buttercream and fondant. Wafer paper is thinner and works well for certain cake styles. Quarter sheet on wafer paper starts at $12.95. Frosting sheet starts at $16.95. Not sure which to pick?
