When used as a flavor, use sparingly. Essential oils are potent. We recommend dipping a toothpick into the bottle and swirling into your batter or frosting.

This flavor is oil-soluble and suitable for flavoring fine chocolates and confectionary coatings. This flavor is also appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings (typical use is ¼ - ½ teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating).
