Beginning Cake Decorating (4-class series) is our hands-on starter series for decorators who want clean finishes and piping control, without guessing at home.
• Dates: Sundays, July 12, July 19, July 26 and August 2, 2026
• Time: 10:00 AM (2-3 hours long)
• Location: Gloria's Cake and Candy Supplies, 11117 Washington Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232
• Supplies: Not included. Michelle will provide a materials list to purchase before class. You decorate in class and take your cake home.
We cover a solid beginner foundation: smooth buttercream, borders, basic writing, and a few classic designs (including basketweave and flowers). Class size stays small so you can actually get help.
